Howto Setup svnserve on W2K3

Hi!

I would like to install a Subversion-Server on my Windows 2003 Server. I've
decided to start with svnserve. Subversion 1.3.3-setup.exe is installed on
the machine. Now I need instructions howto setup a Subversion-Server. The
Chapter 6 of the documentation (Server Configuration) seems to include a
lot of informations but no "step-by-step" setup :-(
