--tunner-user usage.

Hi,

When using svn+ssh, how is the --tunnel-user specified?

Lets say we have a shared system account called "system". Different
users ("user1" and "user2" lets say) use this username to access the
repository. But we want them to have their own commit identities. So
when "user1" commits something, we want the --tunnel-user argument to
be "user1" and similarly for "user2" it should be "user2".

So where is the "--tunnel-user <username>" specified. In the client
configuration file? If yes, how? If not, where and how is it
specified?

Thanks
-Hari
