        Sure, but it is up to you to tell me what would be useful for you

        I told you a bit more than that. I said "If the user runs svn
  from Cygwin bash rather than cmd.exe, it will hang indefinitely
  without asking them for a username/password when connecting to a
  WebDAV repository." The transcript doesn't say much more frankly:

$ svn co https://cvs.cis.upenn.edu:3690/svnroot/

  And that's it until the program is killed. I could perhaps tell you
  more, but coincidentally setting neon-debug-mask doesn't work.

        I never said it was. I said that if you want to improve your
  software, you are going to need to work this out with the Neon
  developers, because I cannot claim to be qualified or know anything
  about the interaction between the two, so my talking to them would be
  completely fruitless. This is very clearly a bug *when using Subversion*.
  I've reported it. You can choose to ignore it if you feel that it isn't
  worth fixing.
