Import locks up on prop get.

First the vitals:

SVN Server:
OS: Linux 2.4.20-28.9
SVN: 1.1.1
HTTPD: Apache/2.0.48

Clients:
SVN 1.1.1 under Linux and Windows.
SVN 1.1.3 under linux.

When we try to import SquirrelMail is gets to the "/class/delivery"
directory and the svn clients consistently lock up.

Looking through the logs it looks like it's locking on a prop get on
that directory. There are no disk errors in dmesg on with the client or
server end, and the directory and files are world readable and writable
by the account running the the SVN import.
