AH! This is the FIRST time we have heard of anyone who _might_ want to use
svn-config - let alone someone who is *actually* using it!!!

Well, people who hack around with the installation procedure should know
better.

It shouldn't be deleted, because the idea is that it should be fixed, some
day. My exclamation above should explain why this has been a task of the
very lowest priority.
