multi-repos , access with svn+ssh only, with viewcvs

Hi,

I would like to be able to view all repositories with viewcvs (by
setting the root_parents var).
As it is now, i can view each repo by entering the full path, but i
would like to be able to see all
repositories, much like http://svn.collab.net/viewcvs/.

Can i do that without DAV? It seems the only way to do it is to allow
access to my repositories via
http.
