Import Failed for both TortoiseSVN 1.1.2 and SVN 1.1.3

Hi,

I'm hoping if anyone could help me with this perculiar import error. My
subversion network configuration is pretty typical, the Subversion server
(1.1.1) resides in the Linux box (gentoo dist.) while the clients run in the
Windows 2000 and Linux. The funny thing is I can import the new files from
my Linux boxes but not in the Windows. I get this error "At least one
property change failed; repository is unchanged" when I use Tortoise 1.1.1 /
1.1.2 and SVN (for Windows) 1.1.3 to import the files. Any help would be
great. TQ
