Robert,

   Last I checked I was the only one to reply and did not see any update
on my last comment to change the permissions from the parent directory
on down to 0777.

    As to why no one else replied I don't know; but this type of problem
historically has been related to permissions, but perhaps I'm missing
something else (forgotten on my part).
