I’m having troubles with apache and fedora (core 3 i386)

after setting up Subversion/Apache - I get the below message...

“Could not open the requested SVN filesystem”

svn+ssh clients work fine...

subversion.conf looks ok...

directory permissions look ok...

(770 /home/subversion and g+s /home/subversion/db)

here is the apache error_log...

[Tue Feb 15 19:08:46 2005] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] (20014)Error string
not specified yet: Can't open file '/home/subversion/format': Permission
denied
[Tue Feb 15 19:08:46 2005] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] Could not fetch
resource information. [500, #0]

any suggestions? is there an open issue?
