Some feature requests

Maybe this isn't the place to post such a message, let me know if I am
in the wrong...

I have been watching Subversion for a while and so far like what I see
but I have a few requests...

- Permissions! As far as I can tell the only permissions I can setup
are global across an entire depot and across all users. Something
similar to how Perforce handles it would be fantastic...
read group groupA 10.0.0.* -//depot/...
write group groupB 192.18.0.* //depot/...
list user bob * //depot/someDir/...

- Remote administration. I should be able to create/delete depots,
edit/add/delete users, edit permissions etc without SSHing into the
server (I may want to let people have certain admin permissions
without giving them shell access to my subversion unix account).

- Branching and Merging between depots would also be nice. I like to
branch releases, and keep them out of the way to prevent remote users
from syncing 50 versions of the same source code.

Thats really the only requests I have for now.
