Paid support options for Subversion?

Hey there,
        I am part of a large company that has been using some special
wrappers around ClearCase to support tasked base check-ins and some basic
SCM functionality.

        My company is currently evaluating revision control and SCM systems
and one of the options is Subversion (which our group of 25 people in
engineering is using).

        The technical issues seem to be well in hand. The support costs and
options are an ongoing conversation. I have looked at CollabNET's website
and I have come away unclear on what the support options are for Subversion.

What I am looking for is getting a sense of what kind of support for
Subversion can be purchased from CollabNET or any other provider.

Any knowledge you can impart would be great.
