Hello,
I have problems setting the special property svn:externals on winxp.
"svn ps svn:externals -F file.txt ." will work, but
"svn pl svn:externals ." prints an error message, which says, that there
was a problem with upper and lower case of 'svn:externals'
I tried to save the file.txt as Unicode, Ansi and UTF-8 (notepad), but
just Ansi and UTF-8 worked with svn ps ...

P.S. Is there a possibility to start the editor for propset?
"svn ps svn:externals ." won't work!
