post-commit from web gets old revision number

Hi Subversion People,

When I commit, I do it from the command line and post-commit works
just fine, sending us email with the output of some svnlook calls.
Very nice!

But, when my co-worker commits from the web, the post-commit script is
passed an old revision number, in fact, the last REV that I created
from the command line. Everything still works, but we just keep
getting mail about my last commit, instead of his new commit.

Do I have something cross-wired somehow?

Thank you for any clues.

Marilyn Davis
