New User to Subversion

I am brand new to using Subversion and I have got everything setup properly,
or at least I would believe I do. I am using Subversion to maintain a
repository of websites that we are maintaining and so on. The only problem
I am having is all of us can access one of the repos that I created with no
problems but when we try to access this one particular repos we get this
error:

svn: Berkeley DB error while opening environment for filesystem
/home/jbowling/svn/billyhomes.com/db:
Permission denied

Yet, this one was setup the exact same way as the others that are being
accessed just fine. I have made sure that the permissions to the all the
directories underneath billyhomes.com (inclusive) are set correctly and they
seem to be but I am just stuck at this point and do not know where to go
from here. Any help would be great or possibly a finger pointing in the
right direction would be good also! Thanks in advance!
