Latest Revision Keyword

Hi guys/gals!

Is there a keyword or another way to update a file on checkout that replaces
the keyword with the latest revision of the repository?

The $Rev$ keyword only shows the latest revision of that file on commit.

I want to be able to checkout the entire repository and have a file
(index.php in this case) updated with the latest revision of the repository.

I'm running Subversion on Windows XP and using TortoiseSVN.

The only way I can currently think of is using a third party tool or update
the file manually after checkout.
