ViewCVS can view directory but can't view file

Hi all,

    It seems the viewcvs-1.0-dev support subversion browsing.

    Do you have the same problem?

    I can view the repository directory, but when I click the file
    The browser shows

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator ....

    The apache log only shows:

    I have installed the latest subversion & viewcvs, what is the problem ?
