little remark for th ebook abvout subversion

Chapter 3 of the book:

You wrote in Chapter 3:
"If you want to include the 27th in your search, you can either specify
the 27th with the time ({"2002-11-27 23:59"}), or just specify the next
day ({2002-11-28})."

I think it should be ({"2002-11-27 23:59:59"}) rather than ({"2002-11-27
23:59"}) - note the "59" for seconds, the default seems to be "00" and
that's why there could be occure a race condition between "2002-11-27
23:59:00" and "2002-11-27 23:59:59".
