[cosmetics] link to license is dead in windows installer

hello,
i am using the installer for svn1.1.3 for windows (which is available at
http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=91 ).
after the welcome-dialog appears the confirm-license-dialog. there is a
link to the subversion-license
(http://subversion.tigris.org/license-1.html). This link is dead.
Also the hint to try ..se-2.html, se-3.html, etc. doesn't help.
