Using one 'core' project among many projects

Hi all. Does Subversion support something similar to VSS's concept of
'sharing'? By this I mean is it possible to copy a _reference_ to a
project in source control into another so that when an update is made
to the core project, the reference will pick up the changes as well. I
saw nothing like this in the help doc.

The reason I ask is that I would like to be able to include a core
project into all of my other projects, and ensure changes to this core
project are reflected no matter where they are changed.

Regards,
