Of course it could be done, but I don't think we want to do it. After
all, it's beein in the FAQ since day one. It would be better to teach
the installer to refuse to install mod_dav_svn and svnserve on Win98, bu
that still wouldn't cover everything, because local file:// access won't
work, either...
