Subclipse has its own mailing list where you should ask Subclipse
questions.

It says on the Subclipse home page, albeit not very prominently, that the
Synchronize action is still being developed. However, all of the standard
Subversion stuff is there. Commit, Update, Revert, Switch, Merge, Branch,
Log, Compare etc.....
