still trying to upload from 0.3x version to newest one...

i m still trying to dump my old 0.32.1 server.
I have upgraded to 0.33.1, but nothing changed.. the svnadmin command still
end with "no enough memory" error.

Looking at the exe file in the 0.32 release I see a db_dump.exe tool..
Someone know if it may be used to dump repository (to load them in a newer
subversion version.)?
I can't find any documentation on it.
