Subversion GUI client?

Hi. We are interested in Subversion, but have a particular client need and
so far I haven't been able to find a client that does what I am looking for.
Specifically:

We are an ASP and therefore developers are constantly testing on an Apache
web server. I need a windows client that will allow the developer to check
out a module to another (private) folder on the remote web server. So far,
all I have been able to determine for sure is that windows clients check
files out to the local hard drive (not what I am looking for).

Does anyone know of a client that does what I am looking for?
