Subversion 1.1.3 binaries for AIX

I have added binaries for Subversion 1.1.3 to my collection of Subversion
binaries for AIX at http://www.bear-cave.org.uk/aix/.

As with the other binaries in the collection, they are simple tars of the
install directory (/opt/subversion-1.1.3) and are build without the
Berkeley DB backend.

With 1.1.3 separate archives are available built with gcc or the IBM
compiler xlc. Everything is built on AIX 5.1; I am an AIX novice, and
would welcome input on whether they should/will work on AIX 4.3.
