Problem in subversion-1.1.3.zip in Unix systems

The apr and apr-util sub-directories in the zip file in the repository have configure scripts whose lines end in "^M"
The scripts at the top level, and in the other directories do not.

The supplied apr and apr-util configure scripts error out when running in Solaris.  The apr and apr-util scripts in a normal Apache distribution do not have this issue.  It looks like these apr files where ftp'ed from a Unix box to a Windows box and then added to files that were transfered through a file server.
