Problem with svn copy

Hi all
I use the command line tool (on winXP) of subversion (tried 1.1.2 and 1.0.9) to do a tag on repository (server version 1.0.8).
I do the following:
$ svn copy . //myhost:myport/svrep/foo/tags/tag_test
svn: Error resolving case of '//myhost:myport/svrep/foo/tags/tag_test'
 
By the way: any other svn command I use work well...
 
I have no clue what the error message means...
Does anybody know what the problem is?
