svn import error - "At least one property change failed"

Hi,

I am using subversion client 1.1.2 on win2k. The subversion server
(1.1.3) is on a linux box. While importing a large tree containing
about 175,000 files in many directories I am getting the following
error consistently.
svn: At least one property change failed. Repository unchanged.

This doesn't happen for smaller directories. So a workaround that I
was following is to import the second level directories one by one.
But that is too tedious if there are many such dirs.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
thanks,
-anir
