[new user] mod_dav_svn doesn't install

Hi,

I am trying to install subversion on red had linux 9. Since i had an
older apache running before, I erased it and installed the httpd and
other related rpm's found at the subversion red hat download link:
http://summersoft.fay.ar.us/pub/subversion/latest

However mod_dav_svn is not being installed in the /modules dir of httpd.

Can someone please help?
