commit-email feature request

I think it would be a good idea to include an option for commit-email
to omit the diff's from the emails. I just want the commit logs to be
included.

Right now I had to comment out line 362 in commit-email.pl to achieve
this, but a command line option would be nice imho. What do you think,
should I file a bug request for it?
