svn merge & svn commit source url from different repos bug

From: Daniel Schlyder <daniel_at_bitblaze.com>

Hi,

I'm using version 1.1.2 from Windows XP SP1 CLI.

Commit after

svn merge file://localhost/E:/repos/foo file://localhost/E:/repos/bar baz

fails with "source url is from different repository" error, while commit
after

svn merge file:///repos/foo file:///repos/bar baz

works fine.

I see this bug (it is a bug, right?) has been reported before. Is there an
issue in the issue tracker I could keep an eye on? If not, should I add one?

Thanks in advance,
