WebDAV Client Applications...

Hello everybody,

Please be so kind as to share what client applications you use to connect to your shares with WebDAV+SVN --> mod_dav_svn (over apache 2.0.52) :o)

Although I have figured out the 'autoversioning' thing, different client applications give different mileage. For example:

* WinXP WebFolders: I get errors saying the object (file/folder) already exists and cannot be created.

* Dreamweaver MX 2004: GET/PUT works with 'DAV on' but PUT fails with 'DAV svn' because of HTTP Error 405, Method not allowed.

* Macromedia Contribute 3: Works with 'DAV on' but fails to GET/PUT (because of LOCKING/UNLOCKING issues) when using 'DAV svn'.

As such, what client applications work with WebDAV support?

Also, what do you guys do? The workaround of drag-local_edit-drop_to_dav_share?

PS: I realize the 'workaround' is the sure-bet, but that's a lot of footwork for the short-term when SVN 1.2 is supposed to help fix that. =o) A list of client-side apps that work now would help plan ahead!
