What makes you think it wouldn't work?

Apache runs on win32. Subversion runs on win32. Autoversioning is a
feature of Subversion. All those things are documented. Why would
someone need to explicitly state that such a combination works? Have
you seen people saying that it didn't work? Have you tried it
yourself?
