Is anyone working on completing/fixing it? I expect to be making
greater use of svn:externals soon, probably around the time Subversion
1.2 is available (hint, hint).
From my completely ignorant point of observation it would seem like it
isn't a complex issue to get fixed. There is something to be said about
finishing what you've started before you go off and do new cool stuff
like locking - just kidding :).
