cannot write to svnserver

Hi,

I've added a new projekt to my repository and have imported the data.
The repository is accessable via svnserve over the network.
Write access is set up via passwordfile as described.
The checkout of the new project works, but I can't commit my chances!

svn: Connection is read-only!

hu!
The client (cli) didn't ask for authentication!
I tried with some --username="xxx" and without. I've set the write
access on the server to anonymous.
But nothing changed!

Did I lose sight of something? Any Hint?
