First, Ken let me thank you for the time you took to respond to my post.
I really appreciate it. I think that I could rebuild the src.rpm's into
a binary rpm for my boxes now. Incidentally, I did want the x86_64 rpms
I have an Athlon 64.

Second, thank you Kris. I checked out the site
http://dag.wieers.com/home-made/apt/ and sure enough, they already had
just what I needed. What a great site for rpm's. It is so comprehensive.

Open source isn't the best thing on the internet, open people are!
