Hooks and tagging

Hello,

I'm trying to find a way of putting automatically the tag name into a
file.

I explain

I'm made a "trunk" copy to "tags/release-x.x.x"

I would like to put the release-x.x.x into my repository (for example
into "tags/release-x.x.x/version"

The aim is to permit the application to automatically get the version when I switch or export a
tag.
