There is an older version of intl.dll (0.12 in svn-1.1.2 vs 0.14
in svn-1.1.1) wich makes my python bindings fail(well at least ViewCVS).
If I replace with 0.14 everything seems to be OK.
Anyone else having problems with this, or me growing stupid?
