1.1 - so yes it does answer my question. I could not locate a link to this
page on the web site. Where does it exist?

I don't like to interpre a lack of information as an indicater for anything.
In the software business I've found that to be rather risky.

I'm on Windows. What is the "package management system of your
distribution" mean?
