Oh. Ok then - that's not a cross-version change, and not going to be
affected by any work I've done on svndumpfilter for 1.1.2

The reshuffling you mention would be perfectly permissible even within one
format.

Are the summary statistics printed at the end of a svndumpfilter run not
adequate re-assurance of exactly what it has done?
