"Partial results are valid but processing is incomplete" and svnadmin load

From: Florian Weimer <fw_at_deneb.enyo.de>

I tried to convert a repository to the FSFS backend, using

  $ svnadmin dump ~/.svk/kernel.org | svnadmin load /tmp/kernel.org

However, I got a strange error message:

     * adding path : linux-2.5/trunk/usr/initramfs_data.S ... done.
[lengthy pause]
svn: Can't read directory 'kernel.org/db/transactions/1-1.txn': Partial results are valid but processing is incomplete
svn: Can't write to stream: Broken pipe

Is this a known issue?

I'm using the Subversion package from Debian/experimental, version
