Actually, I'm not the one who converted it. ;)

'svn propget svn:eol-style developer-guide.xml' says 'native', so I
guess it is set to native.

As for the .svn/text-base/, it is CRLF, so that must be the problem.
I'll tell the person the did the conversion about this. Thanks a bundle!
