Problem upgrading from v1.0.6 -> v1.1.1

Hi

After an upgrade from v1.0.6 to v1.1.1 I cannot access
my existing repos. It seems to be a database problem:

[root@ahweb svn]# svnadmin verify /usr/local/svn/tools
svn: Berkeley DB error while opening environment for filesystem
/usr/local/svn/tools/db:
Invalid argument
svn: bdb: incorrect arguments for name-value pair: set_flags

[root_at_ahweb svn]# svn log file:///usr/local/svn/tools
svn: Unable to open an ra_local session to URL
svn: Unable to open repository 'file:///usr/local/svn/tools'
svn: Berkeley DB error while opening environment for filesystem
/usr/local/svn/tools/db:
Invalid argument
svn: bdb: incorrect arguments for name-value pair: set_flags

My server is running fc1 with subversion rpms from ATrpm. According
to v1.1.1 release notes there should be no need to dump/reload dbs
if upgrading from v1.0.6 - why I'm rather surprised to run into this
kind of trouble.
