As you can see from apache log, it is an authorization problem, you are
perfectly authenticated (Access denied: 'paolo' PROPFIND tests:/).
If your posted dav_svn.authz is complete, the problem is that you are trying to
access test repository that is not listed in the file.
If you want to grant read access to any authenticated user regardless the repository you
could add the following directive:

[/]
* = r

Anyway, check the docs on this topic.
