OK, don't panic.
I think that is caused by Tivoli.
In the event viewer, when I get svn errors, there is:
Unable to journal object
'G:\fsfsrepos\guido\db\transactions\3-1.txn\node._0.0.children': Access
Error 32.

Moving the dump on different machine (without TsmJournalService)
everything it's OK.
