It seems, that your PC doen't know how to resolve the hostname. Maybe your
DNS Server doesn't know about.

you can add the IP of the SVN Server and the name in
'WINDIR'\System32\drivers\etc\hosts (while 'WINDIR' is your local windows
installation folder)

just add a line to it

eg. 10.0.0.10 svnserver
