Exactly.
Well, if you are really paranoid, you need to check the 'U' in first column
too so users don't erase the property but that isn't important at all at
this moment.
If you got a new file which is going to be added, there is no way you can
use 'svnlook pg' or 'svn pg' at the server side because the file doesn't
even exist there. He will never find the property . That's my main problem
which needs to be solved :(

By that reasoning, they should a) fix the files currently the repository,
and then b) only need to check the ones with 'A' in the first column, right?
