Import failed: user-mapped section open

HI!

I am trying to import a large number of files into the repository with Tortoise. After a while, I get the following error message from svn:

"Can't open file 'C:\Subversion\svnp2plus/db/transactions/302-1.txn/next-ids': The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open."

If I try again, it fails at a different point during the import.

Subversion 1.1.1
Tortoise 1.1.1
Apache 2.0.52
Windows 2000 SP 4

Is this a known problem? Is there a workaround?
