rpm with perl deps for whitebox/redhat enterprise 3

is someone know of some subversion 1.1.x rpm/srpm for whitebox
linux/redhat enterprise 3 which has perl bindings (aka svn::core) ?

for now, i use
http://people.redhat.com/jorton/Taroon-svn/SRPMS/
(little change for other stock pkg; keep rh httpd/neon/...)

there is also::

http://summersoft.fay.ar.us/pub/subversion/latest/whitebox-el-3/src/

comments ?

i try to merge some parts of the spec file in the first (it works
ok to dump to 1.1.1) but i get some problem
