error - reference to non-existent node

Hi,

I'm suddenly getting errors on any command the goes via the repository:

> svn log somefile.cgi
svn: Reference to non-existent node '0.0.h' in filesystem
'/path/to/local/repos/db'

Trying to dump the repository I get a segfault:

> svnadmin dump /path/to/repos > repos-dump
* Dumped revision 0
zsh: segmentation fault ...

This is with version 1.1.1 (r11581), both client and server. Sitting on
the same machine, OS X 10.3, compiled from darwinports.

I can't think of any strange or unusual activity that might have caused
it to fail.

What should I do? I haven't seen anything like this in this mailing
list.

Thanks,

Richard Jolly
