Trying to revert to an older reversion

Hi. I'm trying to use "svn copy" to revert to an older revision of a
directory, but I keep getting the directory I want inside the existing
directory. For instance, I say "svn copy -r 140 blah blah," and then it
puts "blah" inside another "blah" directory. Everything else I've tried
just gives me an error, such as "'.' is not a working directory." What is
the exact way to do this? I've been pulling my hair out over this and I
still can't get it to work. Thanks for any help!!!
